With a selection of traditional French cuisine, you can expect there to be a slight (Oliver) Twist with the menu!
Menu de Brasserie Français nuit
Watercress & Potato Soup
With a rich colour and peppery in taste, finished with a quails egg crouton
Mackerel with Lime
Mackerel fillets marinade with olive oil and lime leaves then pan fried and served with a squeeze of lime
Rillettes are prepared from cooked shredded meat and are served in ways similar to pate, and served with toasted baguette
This is an iconic French dish, made with a full bodied burgundy red wine
Provencal Vegetable Gratin
Similar to ratatouille this dish is tangy and fragrant and finished with parmesan cheese
Pork Belly Confit with Apples
Slow roasted and then braised this pork confit is tender and moist, with caramelised apple wedges
Pan fried chicken with garden Vegetable & Pancetta Ragout
Pan fried with crispy pancetta with broad beans and spring onions
This is an elaborate fish stew from Marseilles, originally the food of poor fisherman. A voluptuous mix of succulent fish and shellfish.
Tarte Tatin with Rosemary and toasted Almonds
A classic French dessert named after the famous Tatin sisters Caramelised apples and puff pastry served with crème fraiche
Bitter Chocolate Mousse with Orange Zest
A rich dark chocolate brulee with tangy orange zest
