Sous Chef/Head Chef needed

We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.
The successful candidate will be able to join in with the menu planning and to produce a range of daily specials based around gastro pub style menus.
A minimum of 5 years experience in hotel/restaurant kitchens is required.
The ideal person will have a passion for good quality food.
References will be required.
Professional qualifications would be preferred but not essential.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience starting at £18500 per annum.
